I was born and raised in Colorado and earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from Florida Southern College. After graduating, I joined the Sports Medicine team at the University of Denver, where I focused on hockey and gymnastics, and later pursued post-graduate studies in Pre-Medicine and Biology at the University of Colorado.

As a collegiate volleyball player who experienced multiple concussions, I developed a deep passion for advancing the understanding of the human brain. That passion led me to become Board Certified in Neuroscience and Neurofeedback, where I spent five years working with patients struggling with concussions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.

Over time, I realized the importance of treating people with a multifaceted, whole-body approach. I became certified in Functional Medicine and Health Coaching and have been working in this field for the past five years. In 2024, after moving to Georgia with my family, I founded Luteo Health, where I work with clients navigating thyroid health, fatigue, hormone imbalances, gut health, and lifestyle changes.
